We are excited to reignite our collaboration with CISCO, a partnership that has been dormant for quite some time. A promising opportunity has presented itself with CISCO EMEA, marking a significant stride in our ongoing engagement. CISCO is currently seeking our expertise to cultivate a diverse group of Senior CSS, Technical Leaders, Architects, and SD-Architects. The goal is to equip these professionals with the necessary mindset, skills, capabilities, culture, and behaviors to excel in their roles. They aim to transform them into trusted, creative, and strategic business partners who can effectively liaise with senior stakeholders, both within the company and externally, across various industries and customer segments. Our proposal is a crucial element in this process, as it will outline our approach to enabling these individuals to deliver innovative and exceptional customer experiences throughout the entire Customer Lifecycle.

We are thrilled to share news of an exciting new opportunity with Bancolombia. Despite a setback a couple of months ago with a leasing business unit, this new project holds great promise and aligns seamlessly with our innovative Behavioral Risk Management value proposition. Our newly appointed Associate Partner, Mirea Raaijmakers, is poised to play a key role in bringing this opportunity to fruition. The initial phase of the project involves conducting a comprehensive risk assessment. Following this, we will analyze the results and propose a series of targeted interventions. These interventions will be designed to assist Bancolombia in mitigating potential threats identified during the assessment, helping to safeguard the organization’s operations and enhance its risk management capabilities.

We are currently in the process of developing our proposed methodology for a comprehensive leadership development program tailored for ISPD in Latin America. ISPD stands at the forefront of the marketing and communications industry, continually redefining the dynamics between brands and their audiences. By seamlessly integrating cognitive science with creative processes, we empower our network of agencies to deliver holistic, end-to-end solutions to our diverse clientele. As we craft our approach for this leadership development program, we are keenly focused on aligning our strategies with ISPD’s innovative ethos, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed the unique needs and expectations of the teams within the organization. We look forward to contributing to the cultivation of leadership skills that are as dynamic and forward-thinking as ISPD itself.
